Multiple strike-kilometres of highly prospective shear zone and splays in an emerging gold province, adjacent to a recent discovery

The Aracari Project consists of three exploration licences covering 1,273km2 in northern Cameroon, centred on the mobile belt at the margin between the Congo and West African cratons. This package lies within Birimian/Eburnean greenstone terrane and covers >50km strike of the deep-tapping, highly-prospective Tchollire-Banyo Shear Zone and associated splay structures.

Grab-sampling from sites of artisanal gold mining within Aurum’s permits has returned grades of up to 7.9 g/t Au from quartz veins coincident with a large gold-in-soil geochemical anomaly in the west of the project area. Less than 2 km along-strike to the southeast, the adjacent tenure is the subject of an ongoing diamond drilling program by Oriole Resources PLC, focused on a large (12km) gold-in-soil anomaly with grab sample results up to 134.1 g/t Au.

In H1 2025, Oriole announced an intersection of 86.50m @ 1.36g/t Au, extending the width of the mineralised corridor on this fence line to over 400m and in August results were released including 6.15m @ 19.67 g/t Au

In September 2025, Aurum Discovery signed a binding Option and Earn-In agreement with BWA Group (London), whereby BWA would earn up to a 70% interest in the Aracari project by committing €1.5m in staged commitments. Aurum Discovery hold a 1.0% NSR over the project area.
