Dr. Stoffell is an Exploration Geologist and Mining Executive with more than 20 years’ experience generating and developing mineral projects throughout Europe and Africa. He has multi-commodity experience with a specialty in copper, iron-ore and uranium with both major and junior explorers, having begun his career with the New Opportunities Group of Rio Tinto.

Barry holds a First Class degree in geology from the Royal School of Mines, London, and a Ph.D in geochemistry from Imperial College with a focus on base-metal systems. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aurum Discovery since June 2023 and has been a Director of the company since April 2025.

Mr. Butler has a track record of mineral exploration success and discovery spanning more than 30 years in roles including President, CEO, COO and Director. He was co-founder of Altius Minerals Corporation, holding executive roles including prospect generation, royalty creation, evaluation of new opportunities and corporate development as Vice-President and COO.

Roland co-lead the restructuring of a public company as CEO to create Callinan Royalties, which was eventually acquired by Altius Minerals Corporation. Callinan Royalties originated and financed the creation of a 1.5% NSR royalty over the Silicon (now Arthur) gold project in Nevada being advanced by AngloGold Ashanti.

Mr. Butler has a degree in geology from Memorial University, Newfoundland. He has been an investor in Aurum Discovery since 2020 and a Director since April 2025.

Ms. Geard has 20 years’ experience in the generation, value-growth and transaction of mineral exploration projects for both private and public groups across a range of commodities (Fe-ore, Au, Cu, Ni, Li and U). During this time, Amanda has lived and worked in multiple countries, from traditional mining centres in Australia and Scandinavia to remote camps in Africa and the Middle East.

Having both generated and developed mineral assets for the IPO market and also served as a technical advisor on the buy-side, Ms. Geard has excellent oversight into what makes minerals ventures successful, bringing a 360-degree view to the project generation and value-creation cycle.

Amanda holds a First Class Honours degree in geology from CODES, University of Tasmania.

Mr. Long is a Senior Exploration Geologist with 8 years' experience generating and advancing early-stage mineral projects across a wide range of commodities, with expertise spanning district-scale desktop studies, project generation and execution of field programs across both Europe and North America.

His career began in Canada, where he developed a strong technical foundation on a range of deposits styles including diamonds and porphyry-Cu. A geologist within the Aurum Group since 2020, he has a strong track record of identifying high-potential opportunities and creating early project value.

Colm holds a B.Sc. in geology from University College, Dublin.
