Royalties and Equity Holdings

Aurum Discovery holds a number of early-stage mineral royalties in Europe and Africa.

In Norway, the company is the beneficiary of a 2.0% NSR over the entire licence package of Norsk Kobberprospektering AS in addition to the option to purchase the permits in Q2 2025. These permits cover multiple kilometres of strike of Cu-bearing dolomite horizon in the Alta tectonic window, interpreted to be equivalent to that which hosts the Nussir Cu-Ag deposit. This project is currently subject to a strategic alliance with South32.

The company also holds the equivalent of a 2.0% royalty over its own U-REE portfolio in Tysfjord, Troms and Finnmark.

In Cameroon, Aurum is the beneficiary of a 1.0% NSR over the entire Aracari gold project. This project is adjacent to the recent Mbe Au discovery of Oriole Resources (AIM: ORR), and is now the subject of an Option and Earn-in agreement with BWA Group (London).

In Scotland, Aurum Discovery holds a 0.2% NSR over the Arthrath Ni-Cu-Co project, currently being drilled by Aberdeen Minerals (private). The company also holds 4.375m shares in Aberdeen Minerals, valued at approximately €440K.
